I was at Chip's Christmas party and saw this picture of Chip's beautiful Stearman hanging on his wall. I recognized the picture instantly as a Bruce R. photo. |
Chip also had this custom table made from a radial engine that had once powered Double Trouble.

I was out at the Skypark doing some maintenance. I took a break and walked around the northern end of the runway. I noticed his big pond off to the side. All this time, I had never noticed it before.
I wonder how this boat got washed so far inland?
Looking south with the runway in the distance. It looks a lot different from ground level than it does in the air, approaching at 70 mph.
Driving home, enjoying a beautiful winter sunset.
Are you sure this isn't Hawaii? No, it is Baltimore in February.
This is probably as wet as I've ever seen the area in front of my hangar. An absolute lake.
Pulling the RV-7 out for some time in the sun. Notice the snow.
I've been helping Rich and Nhu-An build their RV-10.
Grandson Teddy could be an airplane nut like myself!
He seems to like airplanes.
